The director of the Turkish university of Nedjm Eddine Arbakan, Dr. Kuckhan Buzbach has paid a visit to the university center of Tamanghasset, where he was warmly welcomed by the director of the university center Dr. Choucha Abdelghani together with all the directors of the institutes as well as the directors of studies and external relations who gave a detailed research as well as pedagogical presentation about the university center. During this meeting an agreement was signed between the two universities in hope for future cooperation in the various scientific, research, pedagogical as well as administrative fields.
