Access to file-upload platform for short-term abroad scholarships 2023
Since you were informed on February 16, 2023 that the session for uploading short-term scholarship files will open soon in order to prepare files and update academic accounts, it has been decided that the deadline for uploading files on the platform is Thursday, March 02, 2023
Application forms to participate in international colloquies are deposited paper based at the scientific research office of the faculty and not on the platform.
- scholarship expiration date: 12/31/2023.
- It is compulsory to adhere to the returning procedures as stipulated in Resolution 1003 abovementioned . Note that scholarships files, upon return, are deposited at the vice-deanship for scientific research.

To participate in international scientific events, files are to be submitted at the faculty, not on the platform.

- Acceptance certificate of conference presentation (for candidates preparing their PhD theses, it is mandatory that the conference presentation subject has to be related to their phD topic.
- A document certifying the registration rights of the conference
- A copy of the presentation’s synopsis
- 2nd year phD registration certificate ( for those preparing their PhDs)
- A copy of the decision of promotion to the current rank.
