The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received an offer from the State University of International Relations “MGIMO” which falls within the field of competence of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, for the benefit of one student among licence-degree holders in one of the following disciplines: international relations, foreign regional studies, economics, law , Journalism, advertising and public relations, national and local administration, public administration, finance and credit, in order to prepare for a masters degree. The duration of the training, which will be conducted in Russian language, was set at two years. It should also be noted that the scholarship offer, by “MGIMO” University Russian, only covers student tuition fees.
